Veterans Affairs Servicing Purchase (VASP)
This program, which starts on May 31, 2024, helps veterans with VA-guaranteed loans avoid foreclosure. The VA buys the modified loan from the veteran's loan servicer, and offers options like a short sale or deed in lieu of foreclosure. The program also provides a fixed 2.5% interest rate on the loan.

Michigan Veteran Homelessness Prevention Grant
The Michigan Veterans Affairs Agency (MVAA) accepts applications from nonprofits to provide grants to help veterans and their families experiencing homelessness. The grants can be used for temporary housing, affordable housing construction, and other initiatives.

HUD VASH (Veterans Administration Supportive Housing)
